Patricia A. Compton, 58 of Hazlet, formerly of Keansburg NJ, died Thursday, May 22, 2014 at Overlook Medical Center in Summit. She was born January 12, 1956 in Jersey City, Daughter of the late Stanley Turowski and the late Anne Klemas. She worked as a Teacher's Assistant for Port Monmouth Elementary school from 1998-2011. Surviving are her husband Ronald Compton. 2 Daughter's Briana Compton of Glenville, GA and Taylor Compton of Hazlet, NJ, Sister Junie Flores of Kearny, NJ, Brother Steven & Margarita Turowski of Nutley, NJ, Sister Janet & Pete Esteves of Kearny, NJ, Sister Barbara & Doug Dalgleish of Leonardo, NJ, Sister Diane & Michael Turowski-Martello of Verona, NJ, Sister Denise & Danny Cocchiarella of Verona, NJ, Brother Richie Turowski of Kearny, NJ. Friends will be received for a Memorial Gathering from 3-6pm Saturday, May 24,2014 at the Laurel Funeral Home, 201 Laurel Avenue West Keansburg, NJ 07734.
