Melanie Marshall passed away suddenly Sunday night March 22nd. Melanie always had a shine about her! She loved fully with her whole heart. Her true love was her family. Although Melanie did not have any children of her own, she loved and adored each one of her Nieces and Nephews as if they were her own. She was an amazing Aunt! The kids would shout out with excitement when she arrived at family functions. She would not miss any of herNephews basketball or football games; she would jump at the chance to play dolls with her two younger Nieces. She would sit for hours and just chat with her older Nieces, making sure they knew that if they needed her no matter when or where she would be there. They idolized her because not only was she an Aunt, she was a friend, a counselor, another sister. Melanie was the 1 of 5 children growing up. She had a special bond with each one of her siblings in their own special way. Melanie adored her parents and they adored her!! They were always number 1 in her life. Melanie had a heart of gold. She put others before her no matter what the situation was. She was the type that would run back into the fire to save your favorite toy, book, or just anything that was special to you. To her if it meant the world to you, it meant the world to her. She was an avid reader. She didn’t care if she read the same book twice. Her favorite author was James Patterson. She loved nothing more than to snuggle up and read a book with her bag of candy most likely Dark Chocolate. Although she was 40 years old, she was young at heart. She loved her Teddy Bears. You could find her in the morning sleeping snuggled up to one like she was a 10-year-old girl again. Her smile lit up a room, her laughter melted your heart. She has not been gone long and she is already deeply missed. A piece of our hearts is gone forever and will never be healed. They say that you never fully die and that the memory of you will keep you alive forever. Melanie will go on living for eternity because she is unforgettable. She is predeceased by her Grand-Mothers Alice Zentz and Genevieve Wood and her niece Aubrey B. Jeffery-Walke who have welcomed her with open arms in Heaven. She is survived by her parents Richard Marshall, Donna and Tony Dellapietro. Her siblings, Alissa Gill, April Marshall, AnnaMarie Marshall-Antonucci, and Richard Marshall Jr. As well as her nieces Selyna Jeffery, Kelsey Jeffery, Jazlynn Jeffery, Elyza Alejandro, Abigail Antonucci, and Leighton Marshall. Her nephews Antonio Alejandro, Giovanni Antonucci, Weston Skellinger, and Jamie Coles Jr. The family will hold a memorial in her memory once everyone is safe and the quarantine has been lifted
